These guidelines or position papers reflect the current viewpoint of the Canadian Urological Association. Guidelines being developed will follow the Modified Oxford Centre for Evidence-based Medicine Grading System and Guideline Recommendations.

Guidelines development is one of the core activities of the European Association of Urology as part of their educational efforts. The current corpus of available guidelines covers most of the urological field.
